About Exhibiting

The GPA Midstream Convention doesn't have a traditional exhibit hall like many conferences do because our emphasis remains on the papers, presentations, forums, and networking opportunities. We have one exhibit period called Vendor Night, with a limited number of booth spaces held in conjunction with a reception on the opening day of the convention (Sunday, September 11). We have 25 spaces available at our San Antonio venue, delegated through a lottery system; the enrollment period for the 2022 Vendor Night lottery was Feb. 28 - March 11 and space is full for 2022. To learn more about the lottery, see Vendor Night Lottery System Information below.
